Position: Sales Representative   9 Month FTC

Field Sales Representative (AFH)

Location:

Grimsby/Skegness/Cleethorpes

Contract:

9‑Month Fixed‑Term

Salary: £29,033 + up to £8,000 OTE bonus

About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities. You will become an expert in the soft drinks category and promote brands and solutions that align with customer business objectives. Your customer mix typically includes independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafés.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and create new business opportunities.
  • Present and promote soft‑drink brands and solutions.
  • Use digital technologies (iPhone, iPad) to support sales activities, communication and reporting.
  • Manage your workload and schedule independently while meeting key targets.
  • Engage customers through digital channels to enhance relationships and drive sales.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • UK driving licence or equivalent.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Live within a 60‑minute commute of the role location.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills with a track record of driving positive outcomes with customers.
  • Experience with manual handling of products and point‑of‑sale equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital technologies such as iPhone and iPad.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
