Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join the Seat/Cupra division of our Grimsby site. This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family run business in the AM top 50 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer partners. We offer a company car from the moment you join our team.

We offer manufacture training for product knowledge and work with a world class sales trainer to help you become highly successful. We promote from within and welcome candidates with or without automotive experience who are motivated to deliver excellent customer care.

About YouWe are looking for someone who can listen to customers’ needs and adapt skills and knowledge to suit each individual. As a Sales Executive you will be confident working to targets and deadlines, maximizing every opportunity and converting enquiries into sales. You will be primarily responsible for generating customer appointments and prospecting to maximise car sales in a challenging, target driven environment.
Full training will be provided for those joining as a trainee, including manufacturer training courses and internal support.
We have Customer Delight Executives across all sites who handle handovers, allowing you more time to focus on world class customer care and selling cars.
What We Offer- A basic salary starting at £23,000 up to £27,000 depending on performance, with a realistic OTE of up to £60,000.
- Working hours are 5 days per week.

You must have a valid UK driving licence.
Working HoursYour normal hours of work are between 8:00am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays 9:00am to 5:00pm and 10:30am to 4:00pm on Sundays. You will work on a shift pattern to cover the hours required to operate the business, averaging 41.5 hours per week over a 4 week period. When you work a Saturday, you will have a day off during the week.
We close on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
