Volunteer Co-Ordinator | North East Lincolnshire | Part-Time | £12.92 per hour About our client Our client is a local charity dedicated to supporting people affected by domestic abuse. They provide practical support, safe accommodation, advice, and guidance to help individuals and families rebuild their lives. The organisation also works closely with local services and the wider community to create safer, stronger communities.

Our client is looking for someone who:
Has experience managing, supporting, recruiting, and training volunteers Understands the impact of domestic abuse and safeguarding practices Can organise, plan, and evaluate projects and volunteer activities Has excellent communication, organisational, and computer skills Can stay calm under pressure and support volunteers through challenges Demonstrates empathy, motivation, and a positive approach What will your role look like? As a Volunteer Co-Ordinator, you will:
Manage, supervise, and support volunteers across all support services (Refuge, DA Hub, Womens Centre not retail) Recruit, train, and engage volunteers, coordinating rotas and planning meetings Oversee volunteer policies, agreements, and personnel files Ensure volunteers feel welcomed, supported, and valued Support volunteers in setting and achieving meaningful goals Monitor, evaluate, and report on the volunteer programme Maintain excellent communication between volunteers, staff, and clients Assist with events, fundraising, and cover when needed Work within safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality guidelines As this role involves working in women-only spaces, applications are only accepted from women in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
