Loading Shovel / MSO Operator

Location: Grimsby, DN41
Hours: 06:00 – 18:00 (Day Shift), Monday to Friday – 4 days per week
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and dependable Multi‑Skilled Operative (MSO) to join the team . This is a full‑time, day‑shift role offering consistent hours and competitive pay. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting site operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials across the facility.

• Safely operate telehandler/teletruck, loading shovel, and FLT machinery
• Load, unload, and transport materials around the site
• Assist with general warehouse and yard duties as required
• Carry out daily equipment inspections and report any defects
• Follow all site health & safety procedures and company policies
• Work effectively with colleagues and supervisors to achieve operational targets

• Valid Telehandler licence
• Valid Loading Shovel and FLT licences
• NPORS or CSCS certification (essential)
• Previous experience operating machinery within an industrial or construction setting
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• £15.00 per hour (weekly pay)
• Monday to Friday day shifts only – no weekend work
