• 2 shift options:

  • 4 on/4 off days & nights: £51,000 per year

  • 4 on/4 off nights only: £53,000 per year

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations

• Work across multiple disciplines: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems

• Carry out preventative maintenance and planned improvements to optimise production

• Support production teams with technical expertise, ensuring safety and efficiency

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance

• Experienced in a fast-moving manufacturing environment, ideally FMCG

• Skilled across multiple disciplines (mechanical, electrical, automation)

• Confident troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure

• Flexible and willing to work shift patterns (4 on/4 off days & nights or nights only)

• A strong team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment
