4 on/4 off days & nights: £51,000 per year

4 on/4 off nights only: £53,000 per year

What You’ll Be Doing

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operations

Work across multiple disciplines: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems

Carry out preventative maintenance and planned improvements to optimise production

Support production teams with technical expertise, ensuring safety and efficiency

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance

Who You Are

Experienced in a fast-moving manufacturing environment, ideally FMCG

Skilled across multiple disciplines (mechanical, electrical, automation)

Confident troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure

Flexible and willing to work shift patterns (4 on/4 off days & nights or nights only)

A strong team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment
