We’re looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Knife Hand Operative to join our production team and help deliver the high standards our customers expect. Shift: 06:00am‑18:00pm 4 days on, 4 days off

Pay: £12.75 per hour

• Perform precision cutting, trimming, and portioning of fillets to meet exacting product specifications
• Maintain high safety standards in the use, cleaning, and storage of your assigned knife
• Help uphold a clean, efficient, and quality-focused working environment
• Contribute to a strong team dynamic where safety, quality, and performance go hand in hand

• Experienced in knife handling, with a focus on accuracy and consistency
• Familiar with product grading and quality standards
