Learner Recruitment Manager

We’re working with a leading national training provider to recruit an experienced Manager to lead a team of dedicated Advisors supporting learners across adult learning programmes and Skills Bootcamps. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who’s passionate about guiding learners into the right pathways and ensuring they receive high‑quality information, advice and guidance throughout their journey. You’ll play a key role in shaping the learner experience, driving consistency across the team and helping individuals progress into meaningful employment and further training.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and support the IAG team, ensuring strong performance and consistent delivery

· Carry out regular 1‑2‑1s and coaching to develop and motivate advisors

· Oversee pipelines and monitor progress across all programmes

· Drive the team to meet daily and course-specific learner targets, especially for Bootcamps

· Keep the team motivated, focused and moving towards key outcomes

About you, you will
- · Have experience motivating, coaching, and developing team members to perform consistently well

· Be able to provideclear, calm, and professional communication with customers, team members, and senior stakeholders

· Be able to quickly assess customer issues and empower the team to resolve them effectively

· Able to introduce and keep track of KPIs to monitor performance

· Be able to remain calm under pressure and support staff dealing with challenging customers

· Have experience in building a positive team culture that reduces burnout and improves retention
