Senior Physiotherapist - Stroke and Neuro Band 6Job overview
Due to temporary internal changes an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Community Stroke and Neuro team as a band 6 Physiotherapist on a fixed term basis, approximately one year period (dependent on start date) ending March 28th 2027. You will make recommendations to the clinical lead/manager of the service for changes to practice by the team, and may lead the implementation of specific changes to practice or contribute to development of service protocols.
Regular supervision and support is provided and there is a robust program of in-service training to assist your development into a band 6 role. You will be expected in turn to support and supervise junior staff and students.
On-call participation is expected as part of this role. (Please indicate on your application you have a full UK driving license)
If you do not meet all elements of the band 6 essential criteria there is potential for a developmental band 5-6 post to be offered in line with the trust policy for developmental roles.
