Health Care Assistance

Overview

We are a CQC-compliant care provider seeking experienced and compassionate Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes. You will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing while delivering person-centred care in line with individual care plans.

• Provide personal care, including bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using equipment where required and following moving & handling guidelines
• Administer medication in accordance with care plans and company policy
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as required
• Carry out light domestic duties including cleaning, hoovering, and laundry
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and social isolation
• Assist with shopping, appointments, and essential errands
• Maintain accurate, timely care records in line with CQC standards
• Report any changes in a client s health or wellbeing to the appropriate supervisor
• Always respect clients  dignity, privacy, choices, and independence

• Previous care experience is essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Own vehicle required (travelling between care calls is essential)
• Good communication and time-management skills
