Digital Nurse - EPR Project

We are seeking multiple experienced clinical professionals to provide support in the implementation of technology-enabled healthcare solutions. This role will be central to embedding our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system and wider digital transformation projects into clinical practice, ensuring a smooth transition that enhances patient care and safety.

You will support the design and delivery of clinical training programmes, contribute to the Group's Digital Strategy, and support Nursing and Midwifery engagement in the ongoing design and rollout of our clinical information systems. Working collaboratively with medical, therapy, and multidisciplinary teams, you will promote an innovation-enabled culture that drives improvements in patient outcomes.

Main duties of the job

  • Project delivery:
    Support and undertake project work within the EPR team and independently, contributing to digital strategy initiatives.

    Implement clinical training programmes, supporting professional development and maintaining high standards of care.
