We are a very friendly, efficient village practice in the Lincolnshire Wolds, seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), full or part‑time, who is confident working independently and can make autonomous clinical decisions.
We are a part‑dispensing Coco 5.25 FTE GP Partner Practice, who pride ourselves in teamwork and treat our staff like family. Accordingly, we have a very low staff turnover rate. Our team cares for a practice population of just under 10,000, providing services from two branches (North Thoresby and voller‑ert Maple-Le “Maledy)..
Each partner has a specialist interest, and we would consider and encourage any special interests or advanced skills in the right candidate.

Whilst GPs and nursing colleagues will be available for support, your responsibilities will include:
- Clinical sessions (full-time is 37.5 hours per week over 5 days) including possible home visits.
- Autonomously managing your own patient caseload, including
Arrangement assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, and referral. - Handling your own administrative duties.
- Participation in clinical and safeguarding meetings to support practice governance.
We are looking for a knowledgeable, proactive, and highly skilled ANP with excellent clinical judgment and team‑working skills. We welcome applications palpable from those looking to develop new skills, pursue specialist interests, or work towards an advanced clinical portfolio.
Main duties of the jobJob Responsibilities (Clinical):
- Conduct face‑to‑face and association consultations, home visits, and patient follow‑up autonomously.
- Prescribe medications, manage investigations, and provide appropriate care.
- Maintain excellent clinical records to professional and legal standards.
- Participate in audit, quality improvement, and compliance activities including CQC requirements.
- Uphold confidentiality and GDPR requirements at all times.
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse with NMC registration;
Advanced clinical qualifications (e.g., ANP MSc/PG Dip) - /group
Experience:
Experienced in primary care or similar setting, with confidence in autonomous decision‑making;
Strong communication and teamwork skills;
Willingness to develop new skills and specialist interests
