Finance Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Management Accountant to join a well-established, family-run luxury retail business. This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a hands-on finance environment, and can bring strong technical ability alongside a calm, collaborative approach. Experience using Net Suite system is beneficial.

You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and analysis, and ensuring the smooth running of core finance processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

* Manage bank and balance sheet reconciliations

* Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing activities

* Manage petty cash, expense claims, and corporate credit card reconciliations

* Support payroll processing and review payroll-related entries when required

* Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including management accounts and cost centre P&L

* Support budget preparation, monitoring variances and highlighting issues to management

* Prepare documentation for internal and external audits

* Respond to finance queries

Skills & Experience Required

* Strong experience using Net Suite within a finance environment would be beneficial

* ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification

* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

* Experience with in retail or product-based environments is beneficial but not essential
