As a Front of House Receptionist at Securitas, you’ll do more than protect what’s important—you’ll empower people to thrive. Your presence will make others feel safe, welcome, and supported.

Whether you’re patrolling key areas, managing gatehouse duties, or being the friendly face clients rely on, as a Front of House Receptionist you’ll be an essential part of something bigger, every shift is a new chance to learn, grow, and make a difference.

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Customer Service
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all staff and visitor concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance to uphold the image of Securitas and our clients.
• Handle telephone enquiries in line with our guidelines and customer requirements.
• Manage the booking process for on-site meeting rooms, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Other Responsibilities
• Administer Security Clearance paperwork with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Manage incoming and outgoing post efficiently.
• Complete all paperwork legibly and accurately.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the Securitas Site Manager and the client.
• Demonstrate understanding and engagement with the Securitas Core Values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness, whilst showing a natural ability to recognise risk within the workplace and consider safety as a priority, complying with relevant policies, procedures and training as provided by the Company

What we’re looking for:

• A valid SIA licence.
• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
• Reception Experience.
• Customer Service.
• Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
