Receptionist, Education ​/ Teaching

Salary Grade B Points 3 (£24,796.00 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary for this role is £21,398.66.

John Whitgift Academy are looking to appoint a receptionist to join our academy in March 2026 on a full time, permanent basis.

As the receptionist, you will be the first point of contact with the academy/school for all parents/carers and visitors, both by telephone and in person, and need to ensure information flows are accurate and effective. You will deal with incoming and outgoing post as well as assisting with other general office duties as required.
