Our specialist education recruitment team is supporting a number of secondary schools in Tonbridge who require dependable Cover Supervisors for day-to-day absence cover.

This role offers a great balance of classroom experience and flexibility, allowing you to work in different school environments while gaining valuable skills.

The role will involve:

• Leading classes using lesson materials provided by teaching staff
• Ensuring students remain on task throughout the lesson
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies
• Communicating any issues or concerns to school leaders
