Cover Supervisor - Tonbridge:
Flexible Secondary School Cover Variety of School Settings
Our specialist education recruitment team is supporting a number of secondary schools in Tonbridge who require dependable Cover Supervisors for day-to-day absence cover.
This role offers a great balance of classroom experience and flexibility, allowing you to work in different school environments while gaining valuable skills.
The role will involve:
- Leading classes using lesson materials provided by teaching staff
- Ensuring students remain on task throughout the lesson
- Managing behaviour in line with school policies
- Communicating any issues or concerns to school leaders
We welcome applicants who:
- Have experience working with secondary school students
- Are calm, confident and able to lead a classroom independently
- Are organised, punctually and professional
- Are interested in flexible work within education
