Position: Supply Teachers (Temporary)
We are currently recruiting QTS-qualified Supply Teachers to work across primary schools throughout Lincolnshire. This is a flexible daily supply role, with short-term positions also available, offering an immediate start.

This role is ideal for teachers seeking variety, flexibility, or short-term commitments while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom.

Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

* Follow school lesson plans and adapt where required

* Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

* Support pupil learning, engagement, and wellbeing

* Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are followed at all times

* Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each placement where required

Requirements

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Experience teaching in UK primary school settings

* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

* Flexible, reliable, and professional approach

* Ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
