• Run campaign‑led customer acquisition
• Build and improve landing pages, emails and digital bits
• Make the website clearer and better at converting enquiries
• Create practical content that helps sales conversations
• Track what’s working and adjust as you go

• B2B digital marketing experience (hands‑on, not theoretical)
• Comfortable with websites, email and CRM
• Someone who cares about leads and outcomes, not just activity
• Practical, self‑directed and happy getting stuck in

Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not a deal‑breaker.

• Not a brand‑only role
• Not social media for the sake of it
• Not a “write a plan and hand it over” job

This is a doing role.
