A leading shipping and freight forwarding business in Grimsby is seeking a dynamic individual to take the lead in the Bookings/Customer Service Team. You will be responsible for managing customer transport bookings, serving as the point of contact for their needs, and ensuring seamless communication with transport planners. Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial. This position offers the opportunity to work Monday to Friday, from 0830 to 1700 hours, in a vibrant team environment.
