The Grimsby Institute is part of the TEC Partnership, which is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation.
About the roleYou will provide an administrative service to the Executive Leadership Team, by providing secretarial, clerical, technical, and administrative support. In this role, you will liaise with a wide range of internal and external customers.
About the personThe successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service, as well as strong administrative skills.
You should have at least 2 years’ experience in administration preferably in a large organisation and be competent in using IT systems. You will be expected to work to tight deadlines so good organisation skills are essential for this role.
