Payroll - Systems Administrator
We are recruiting for a very busy, family-run business in Grimsby.

A detail-oriented and proactive Systems/Payroll Administrator is required to support payroll operations and maintain both the payroll (iTrent) and time & attendance (Quinyx) systems. This role is ideal for someone with strong systems experience within a payroll environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy of data in the Time & Attendance system (Quinyx).
• Support site users with system queries, training, and setup.
• Validate and prepare data for upload into the payroll system (iTrent).
• Maintain and update payroll system data in collaboration with HR.
• Assist with weekly/monthly payroll processing and provide holiday cover.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with iTrent or similar payroll systems.
• High attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive data.
• Previous payroll administration experience.
• Strong systems knowledge and Excel proficiency.
• Experience in high-volume payroll environments.

This will be 100% in the office.
