Our fulfillment team is the operational backbone of that commitment. The warehouse fulfillment team is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining department productivity standards. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in structured systems, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and understands that attention to detail directly impacts customer satisfaction.

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures
• Meet and maintain department KPIs following the training period
• Work independently while sustaining consistent productivity and accuracy
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, fulfillment processes, and operational standards
• Support inventory accuracy through careful handling and organization
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Clock in/out on time and adhere to scheduled shifts
• Contribute positively to team morale and operational efficiency

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week
• Availability to work most Saturdays and some Sundays
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to sit, walk, bend, twist, reach, and use hands and fingers for prolonged periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Personal accountability and pride in quality work
• Ability to remain focused and productive in a fast‑paced environment
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
