Work shift coverage with advanced repair skills on all production equipment;
Responsible for documenting all assigned reports and maintenance work orders (MWO's) for work performed;
General troubleshooting of all mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and operation issues such as but not limited to; HVAC, process chilled water systems, heating, automation, extrusion, etc.;
Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on all production equipment and machinery;
Repair basic mechanical components and replace parts on machines such as bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges, switches, motors, etc.
