- Manage the planning, documentation, implementation, support, and maintenance of manufacturing processes, procedures, machinery, and tooling to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, quality, and safety.
- Research process performance data to identify and implement process changes that improve yield, runtime, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage the activities and resources for manufacturing engineers, process design, and support personnel.
- Provide ongoing support for manufacturing problems and deficiencies; troubleshoot technically challenging production problems.
