A staffing solutions company is looking for a Bilingual 2nd Shift Team Lead in Griffin, GA. In this contract-to-hire role, you will lead a team of over 20 assemblers, training them in assembly tasks and ensuring efficiency. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and has at least 3 years of production and assembly experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with a competitive pay rate of $20–22 per hour based on experience.
