** Batch Plant Operator

** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Operate batching equipment to produce high‑quality concrete safely and efficiently.
* Monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production systems to maintain optimal performance.
* Coordinate with drivers and plant team members to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
* Complete routine inspections, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance tasks.
* Maintain accurate production records and follow all safety and quality procedures.##
** What We Are Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to operate industrial or automated equipment safely and reliably.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established procedures.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
* Competence in basic computer entry and recordkeeping tasks.
* Capability to perform physical tasks and work in varied outdoor conditions.##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.##
** What We Offer*** $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
