- Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards.
- Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth.
- Lead local marketing strategies, community events, and referral programs to grow revenue.
- Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and assess risk within established limits.
- Enforce quality standards, procedures, and compliance with local and state laws.
- Supervise cash management, loss prevention, and secure office operations.
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and train new staff on keyholder duties.
- Participate in hiring, retention, and development of new employees.
- Develop work schedules to align with budget and store needs, ensuring optimal staffing.
- Handle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism.
- Maintain store appearance, schedule maintenance, and display seasonal marketing materials.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple tasks to meet performance standards.
- Maintain a full‑time schedule with regular in‑person attendance, including weekends (minimum 40 hours per week).
- Store hours, schedules, and minimum hours may be subject to change by brand at the sole discretion of the company.
Hourly pay rate: $19.25 with eligibility for performance bonuses.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years’ experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
- Operations experience in a leadership capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using phones, point of sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
- Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
- Background check required. All background checks are conducted in accordance with applicable law.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes standing 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; operating mechanical controls such as a keyboard.
– Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- Associate’s degree or higher.
- Experience in check cashing, document verification, and money order processing.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
