Essential Functions:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide patient-specific care as instructed by a Right at Home nurse, including hospice support, medication reminders, ROM exercises, blood glucose monitoring, bed-bound care, incontinence care, and using lifting equipment

Preferred Experience:

• Hoyer lift
• Personal care
• Range of motion exercises
• Foley care
• Companionship
• Light cleaning
