We are seeking a Leasing Specialist for our apartment communities. Successful candidates will be energetic, flexible, responsible, and eager to participate in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the leasing process, managing prospective tenants, and ensuring a positive renting experience. With strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach, the Leasing Specialist will contribute to maximizing occupancy rates and providing exceptional customer service.

• Facilitate the leasing process and manage prospective tenants.
• Ensure a positive renting experience and high-level customer service.
• Contribute to maximizing occupancy rates through proactive engagement.

• Experience preferred but not required. Willing to train the right person.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
