Overview
The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining outlets, ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of food and beverage services.
The RoleAs Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation of our food and beverage outlets. Your leadership and attention to detail will ensure service excellence, smooth operations, and a welcoming, professional experience for every guest.
Main Responsibilities- Supervise the food and beverage team to maintain high service standards.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Uphold food and beverage quality through monitoring and regular checks.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and events teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support planning for special events, seasonal changes, and operational improvements.
- Proven experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong team leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
