Welcome to the Outdoor Power Superstore. Ty’s Outdoor Power is the largest dealer in the state, serving the Nebraska and Iowa markets with outdoor power/small engine needs. We offer an enormous selection of equipment with lines like Hustler Mowers, BOSS Snowplows, Ventrac Tractors, Toro, Honda, Grasshopper, STIHL, Snow Ex, and many more.

Located in Gretna, we help our 40,000+ customer base purchase new equipment, schedule simple tune-ups and general maintenance, locate and order parts, or consult on best practices with the machines we sell.

Ty’s seeks a Service Coordinator for our team. The coordinator will work across departments to ensure customer service requests are completed. Top notch communication, time management and organizational skills are crucial for a service coordinator as he or she spends most of the workday understanding and communicating the details of different customers’ jobs. Service coordinators will use telephone, email, and face-to-face interaction to ask questions about customer needs and to provide updates to resolve each transaction to the customer’s satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

  • Answer phones and emails
  • Assist Service Counter customers
  • Help maintain a clean and organized shop
  • Evaluate the volume of equipment that has come in for repair and determine what diagnostics may be needed
  • Ensure a piece of equipment has been inspected for other issues before giving back to customer when complete
  • Proactively notify customer if additional service work is discovered
  • Coordinate warranties
  • Tag equipment to indicate status (ready, done, parts on order)
