Job Description
- To oversee maintenance operations and daily workflow
- To perform and supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing & general repairs
- To complete unit turns and manage work orders
- To ensure safety standards and community upkeep
- Contract role | $27-$28/hr DOE | Own tools required
Qualifications
- EPA Type II or Universal required
- Previous industry maintenance experience required
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances
- Must provide own tools
- Weekly pay
- Health, dental, and vision insurance options
