** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as required.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel in accordance with established protocols.

+ Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure and welcoming environment within a manufacturing and industrial setting.

+ Assist with access control, visitor management, and monitoring of entry and exit points as directed by site-specific procedures.

+ Remain alert and attentive to the surroundings, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
