General Manager – Franchise Restaurant

If hired, the franchisee will be your employer and will handle all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling. • Run a profitable restaurant and ensure critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness are met.
• Set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them, working with corporate leaders.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, monitor progress, and coach to improve their departments.
• Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future leadership team.

• Previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations in quick-service restaurants, or strong background in hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager in our corporate-owned restaurants.
