As a key leader within our Integrated Clinical Services team, you will be the driving force of our vital east region health centers. You’ll ensure our centers don’t just function, they thrive.
Your Duties Will Include- Strategic Operations & Resource Stewardship:
Directs clinic-wide priorities and resource allocation through data-driven decision-making, ensuring all activities align with organizational goals, financial sustainability, and regulatory compliance. - Inclusive Leadership & Relationship Building:
Fosters a high-performing, mission-aligned culture by utilizing emotional intelligence and cultural agility to collaborate with stakeholders and lead a diverse team in delivering person-centered care. - Fiscal & Revenue Optimization:
Owns the center’s financial health by developing cost-effective budgets, managing the end-to-end revenue cycle, and identifying new business opportunities to ensure long-term fiscal viability and productivity. - Data-Driven Operational Excellence:
Drives continuous improvement by analyzing performance data and staffing patterns to refine procedures, ensuring all site operations remain efficient, compliant, and perfectly aligned with the organization’s strategic mission. - Workforce Management:
Orchestrates the full employee lifecycle from hiring and scheduling to coaching and rigorous performance evaluations ensuring staff operate at the top of their scope while maintaining a high-accountability culture focused on professional growth. - Cultural Agility:
Champions diversity and inclusion as a core business strategy, navigating complex group dynamics and cultural nuances to foster a supportive, high-morale environment where conflict is resolved effectively and retention is prioritized. - Quality & Compliance Governance:
Acts as a key ambassador and expert consultant to external agencies and elected officials, ensuring all operations meet rigorous regulatory, safety, and diversity standards while championing the needs of the community we serve. - Program Innovation & Growth:
Drives the evolution of health center services by evaluating current program effectiveness and spearheading new initiatives, grant opportunities, and professional advancement programs to meet future community needs.
