The City of Gresham is seeking an exceptional, forward-thinking leader to serve as its next City Manager

Serve as the chief administrative officer of the City, overseeing all operations and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
Provide organizational leadership and direction to department heads and a diverse municipal workforce.
Develop and implement citywide strategic plans, policies, and performance initiatives.
Partner with the Mayor and City Council to advance their vision, goals, and Council Work Plan priorities.
Direct the development and administration of the City’s annual budget and long-range financial planning efforts.
Represent the City with elected officials, community groups, regional partners, and public-private collaborators.
Lead complex negotiations, manage contracts, and guide intergovernmental and community partnerships.
Promote an equitable, inclusive workplace and ensure equitable delivery of City programs and services.
