Job Description

Responsible for working on big data/analytics projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data, perform analysis, interpret results, and develop actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company. Acquire data from multiple sources, identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns, provide answers to business questions and recommendations for action. Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and tools.

Present data and analysis clearly and concisely so that audiences can quickly understand and act upon recommendations. Collaborate with partners to provide a holistic view. Measure and monitor results of applied recommendations, present adjustments, and ensure all data acquisition, sharing and results are compliant with company standards. Emphasis on sales reporting utilizing Salesforce and Oracle data, powered by Microsoft Fabric tools.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5‑7 years of data analytics experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Direct experience writing complex queries in SQL from scratch
• Strong data visualization skills using Power BI (preferred), Tableau, Looker, or equivalent
• Exposure to Azure SQL Database, Microsoft Fabric, and Oracle
• Experience using Salesforce data objects and incorporating this data into analytics solutions
• Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling
• Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
