Position
Medication Safety Program Manager – Providence Portland Medical Center, Portland, OR.
Full‑Time, Day Shift.
Responsibilities- Coordinate all medication safety activities within the organization.
- Develop and implement interdisciplinary error‑prevention strategies focused on system design to reduce medication‑error risk.
- Review medication‑related safety event and adverse drug reaction reports to identify potential system improvements and educational needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college; or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy; or Pharm
D. - Oregon Pharmacist License (upon hire).
- Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience or equivalent residency experience.
Base salary range: $83.92 - $134.17 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
