Per Diem / Evening Shift

The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.   D in Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Upon hire:
  Oregon Pharmacist License

• Acute-care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency

Pay Range: $72.42–$114.33 per hour. The amount is the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
