Village Health Care in Gresham, Oregon, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality nursing care to residents in a supportive environment that respects residents’ rights, dignity, and independence. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring residents, and maintaining accurate documentation.

• Answers signal lights.
• Provides assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help.
• Transports residents using a wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assists residents to walk.
• Turns and re‑positions residents, alone or with assistance.
• Takes and records vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed.
• Completes documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold current CNA certification in the State of employment.
• Preferred: A minimum of three months’ prior Nursing Assistant experience in long‑term care.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

• Communicates and interacts effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
