• Work as a member of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness.
• Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions.
• Perform housekeeping, prepare meals, administer medication, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Experience with QMHA, DSP, Residential Assistant, Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer, or caregiving for clients with behavioral health needs is a plus.

For applicants starting as a QMHA-R, Columbia Care offers a Vocational Training Program to accelerate the training, on-the-job experiential learning, and testing preparation for qualified employees to achieve the 1000 supervised hours required to complete their certification as a QMHA-I. Through this program, this certification can be achieved in as little as 6 months. This is an optional program.

Sunday through Tuesday 7:30pm - 6:00am (Part Time, Night)

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
, DOE/Credentials. An additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential will apply during the work hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.

Additional 5% Language Differential offered for bilingual or multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).

Rockwood is a beautiful new 5-bed, licensed Residential Treatment Home located in Gresham, OR. Rockwood serves individuals who are affected by a mental illness and who have complex medical and intense behavioral health challenges.
