Oasis Treatment is an integrated behavioral health organization offering trauma-informed care for individuals experiencing substance use disorder, mental health challenges, and co-occurring needs. With multiple locations across Oregon, we provide accessible, culturally responsive care through high-intensity outpatient (HIOP), intensive outpatient (IOP), outpatient, psychiatric services, peer mentoring, and access to recovery housing. Position Overview

Oasis Treatment is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Psychologist to join our integrated clinical team, providing comprehensive psychological services to adults with mental health and substance use disorders. This position involves conducting psychological assessments, providing individual and group psychotherapy, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Assessment & Diagnostic Services
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments using standardized instruments
  • Perform psychological testing for cognitive, personality, and neuropsychological functioning as clinically indicated
  • Complete risk assessments for suicide, violence, and safety planning
  • Develop detailed treatment recommendations and integrate findings with multidisciplinary treatment teams
  • Provide diagnostic clarification for complex clinical presentations and co-occurring disorders
  • Complete court-ordered evaluations and assessments as requested
Individual and Group Psychotherapy
  • Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed therapies, and motivational interviewing
  • Facilitate therapeutic groups including process groups, psycho educational groups, and skills-based interventions
  • Deliver specialized treatment for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders
  • Integrate psychological interventions with addiction treatment and recovery support services
  • Maintain active caseload appropriate to full-time or part-time status
  • Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
Staff Competency & Clinical Support
  • Ensure clinical staff are competent to perform their job duties and responsibilities during any hiring process
  • Provide psychological consultation and clinical expertise to treatment teams
  • Offer supervision and mentoring to psychology interns, practicum students, and clinical staff
  • Conduct competency assessments for psychological assessment and intervention skills
  • Document staff competency evaluations and maintain compliance with accreditation standards
  • Lead training sessions on psychological assessment, evidence-based treatments, and clinical best practices
Interdisciplinary Collaboration & Integration
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, counselors, and peer support staff in treatment planning
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case consultations
  • Coordinate care with primary care providers, specialists, and external treatment providers
  • Integrate psychological services with medical care, peer support, and social services
  • Communicate assessment findings and treatment recommendations to team members and families
  • Support transitions between levels of care and continuity of psychological services
Documentation & Compliance
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state licensing board requirements, and organizational policies
  • Ensure psychological assessment reports meet professional and legal standards
  • Participate in quality assurance reviews and clinical audits
  • Complete required continuing education and maintain professional certifications
