Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Financial Investment Consultant to join our independent advisory firm in Gresham, OR.
This full-time position offers performance-based incentives for professionals managing $10 million or more in client assets. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in wealth management, investment consulting, or financial advisory, hold an active Series 7 license, and be ready to provide strategic portfolio management and financial planning for individuals and families throughout Gresham.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and grow a portfolio of clients with $10M+ under management in Gresham, OR.
  • Design and implement personalized financial strategies aligned with retirement, tax, and wealth preservation goals.
  • Conduct ongoing portfolio reviews, adjusting allocations based on market trends and client objectives.
  • Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients through meetings, calls, and performance updates.
  • Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, and state regulatory standards.
  • Leverage firm resources and marketing support to expand client relationships across Gresham.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate account servicing and documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Financial Advisor, Investment Consultant, or Wealth Manager.
  • Series 7 licensed; additional Series 63/65/66 licenses are a plus.
  • Proven history managing $10M+ in client assets.
  • Familiarity with Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) platforms preferred.
  • Deep understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, and financial planning strategies.
  • Strong ability to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-driven with excellent business development and client acquisition skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
