Primary Care – Southern Oregon
- Employed practice seeks BC/BE Family Practitioners and Internists to join their rapidly growing team
- Base salary: $300,000 in year one with year two offering value-based incentives up to 10%
- Flexible scheduling options – option for 4-day work week
- Outpatient practice – no call, no inpatient responsibilities
- See an average of 72 patients per week
- EPIC EMR
- 9-county service area (625,000)
- Multiple opportunities available at 3 sites in Southern Oregon
- Full benefits package offered including full health, dental, vision, and retirement package, 240 hours of annual PTO, CME allowance, 15k in relocation assistance, and more!
- $60,000 sign-on bonus offered
- Located about 2 hours from the Pacific Coast, dependent on location chosen. Flights to San Francisco or Portland in just an hour
