Our dealer is constantly busy, and Subaru is one of the most beloved brands in the Pacific Northwest! Our Experienced Detailer plays a huge part in making sure our dealership keeps the pristine image we want to portray.
From polishing and waxing all the way to learning how to apply clear mask and ceramic coatings, the Experienced Detailer does it all! The ideal candidate has great attention to detail and prior automotive detailing experience.
- Perform complete interior and exterior detailing of new and pre-owned Subaru vehicles
- Prepare vehicles for delivery, showroom display, and customer pickup
- Wash, vacuum, shampoo, wax, polish, and clean vehicle interiors and exteriors
- Perform paint correction and buffing as needed to dealership standards
- Inspect vehicles for damage and report concerns prior to detailing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized detailing area
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines
- Work closely with service and sales departments to meet vehicle readiness deadlines
Pay Range: $20 per hour flat rate

Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2+ years of professional automotive detailing experience
- Experience detailing new and pre-owned vehicles in a dealership or high-volume environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of interior and exterior detailing techniques
- Experience with paint correction, polishing, and machine buffers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
