• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Accurately document customer concerns and recommend necessary services.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and parts staff to coordinate repairs.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
• Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
• Help maintain service department goals and customer satisfaction standards.

Pay range: $5,000.00 to $8,000.00 depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay we offer:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer‑facing automotive role preferred.

Corporate Hiring Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
