am Unterrichten

hoher Selbstverantwortung
der Arbeit in einem kleinen Team
der engen interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit (intern wie extern)
der intensiven Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern
einen Abschluss in Sozialpädagogik
Erfahrung mit Kindern/Jugendlichen im Autismus Spektrum
Humor und Kreativität
persönliche und zeitliche Flexibilität
