Production Control Analyst

Trulite is growing! We are looking for a Production Control Analyst to be based at our APG Grenada, MS location.

Who You Are:

An individual who believes in our core values of producing top-quality products on time for our customers, safely. A production scheduler with capacity planning experience. Manages day-to-day analysis and branch optimization processes, willing to work side by side with the production team to achieve production goals.

Skills You Bring:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience with inventory in manufacturing required.
• Prior purchasing experience in manufacturing required.
• Clear understanding of demand based on product mix.
• Ability to manage stock within the production schedule.
• Basic understanding of glass and aluminum fabrication, CNC machining, and assembly.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Experience with production planning and scheduling within an ERP/MRP system; familiarity with Microsoft AX Dynamics is a plus.
• Flexibility to accommodate critical downloads, rush orders, etc.

What You Will Be Doing

• Tracking and working with a cross-functional team to ensure all backorders are accounted for daily.
• Managing plant's cutting yield to meet or exceed goals.
• Monitoring glass and aluminum inventory and cycle counting related to the cutting department.
• Monitoring cycle counting & drop usage to ensure accurate inventory reflection.
• Reporting discrepancies of damaged products and tracking defective glass and aluminum daily.
• Providing feedback to Customer Service and Operations Management.
• Supporting Purchasing/Receiving staff with clerical duties.
• Managing all Firelight activities in the plant, including drop inventory monitoring.
• Handling plant cycle counts and reconciling variances.
• Ensuring run sheets and production schedules are available as per management instructions.
• Managing daily TPS functions.
