Machine Operator – All Shifts Available

Location: Columbus, MS 39701

Pay Rate: Starting at $15+ per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Machine Operators to join our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently on any assigned shift.

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain quality standards by inspecting products and ensuring specifications are met
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any mechanical issues to maintenance
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow production schedules and meet output goals
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Willingness to work any shift, including nights or weekends as needed
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
